Always reliable for custom matboard

Anyone else consistently impressed with their shipping? I ordered custom matboard late Monday, and it arrived Friday morning, even with a holiday in between. This is why I keep coming back, especially since their ATG tape is also usually 27% cheaper than Dick Blick.

Good custom matboard

Ordered a custom cut matboard. It arrived quickly and was cut precisely. Fit my artwork perfectly. No issues.

Got some plexiglass

Needed some plexiglass for a project and found it here. Price was decent. It showed up safe and sound, no scratches or anything. Pretty easy to order, nothing complicated. Happy with it.

Decent frames, slow shipping

I ordered a few wood frames and some foam core backing. The frames themselves were good quality for the price, no complaints there. Everything arrived well-packed. My only minor gripe was that shipping took a bit longer than I expected, about a week, even for in-stock items. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was a plus. Overall, a solid choice for framing supplies, just don't be in a huge rush.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This isn't my first time ordering from Matboard and More. I usually get their conservation matboard and wire hanging kits. What I appreciate most is the consistency. Every order has been accurate, and the quality of the matboard is always as expected. This time, I needed a few custom diploma frames, and they were just as well-made as the matboards I've bought in the past. It's why I keep coming back; I know what I'm going to get, and it saves me the hassle of looking elsewhere.

Detailed custom mat order

I placed an order for several multi opening mats with specific decorative v-groove designs. The website's customizer tool was fairly intuitive, allowing me to specify all the dimensions and opening placements. I also requested some corner samples beforehand, which helped me confirm color choices. When the mats arrived, they were all cut to my exact specifications. The v-grooves were clean and consistent across all pieces. Packaging was robust; everything was protected and arrived undamaged. I even called customer service once with a question about matboard thickness, and they were knowledgeable and helpful. This attention to detail really made a difference for my complex project.

Perfect for my art show!

I got a bunch of clear bags for art and some archival mounting tape for my upcoming show, and everything was fantastic! The bags were crystal clear and protected my pieces beautifully. The tape worked like a charm for mounting. It made presenting my art so much easier and more professional. I'll definitely be coming back for more supplies. I already recommended them to another artist friend!
